We accept the following form of payment:
1) Check (2 weeks prior to deposit due date), Certified check, Money Order
or Cash.
2) Credit Cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express.

Documents
Documents including tickets and vouchers are shipped
as soon as we receive them from the tour operator. This usually takes about
2 weeks (after receipt of payment in full). Upon receipt, please check over
your documents for accuracy and completeness.
Revisions/
Changes
Once payment has been received, further changes made
to reservations may trigger a late fee. Call our office to discuss potential
changes and fees that may be incurred.
Late
Bookings
Bookings made less than 2 weeks (14 days) before
departure will incur a $15 fee to cover additional expenses and handling of
documents.
Cancellations
Penalty fees may be assessed upon cancellation of
a confirmed travel reservation. Call our office immediately if it becomes
necessary to make a cancellation. Resulting fees may vary depending on travel
dates and hotel booking. Hotel cancellation policies and airfare charges vary.
Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance to protect against
cancellation fees.
